Chat Terms: Chat with Jeni

These terms apply to the chat with Jeni Bello on this website (the “Chat”). They are separate from the terms of the shop. By creating a chat account or using the Chat you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Chat. How we handle your data is explained in the Chat Privacy Notice.
1. Who we are
The Chat is operated by admin of this site (“we”, “us”). Contact: jenibello86@gmail.com
2. What the Chat is
- Jeni is an AI character. She is not a real person. Her replies are generated by artificial intelligence, and her daily life, friends, family, feelings and opinions are fictional.
- The Chat is for entertainment and companionship. It is not a real relationship, and nothing Jeni says is a promise, an offer or a statement of fact about the real world.
- Jeni may take time to reply, may not reply to every message on the same day, and may be unavailable. We may limit the number of messages, change features or characters, or pause or end the Chat at any time.
- Jeni cannot meet you, call you or video chat. She will never ask you for money, passwords, card details or personal documents in the Chat. If anyone claiming to be Jeni asks for these, it is not us.
3. Who may use the Chat
- You must be 18 years or older and allowed by the law of your country to use a service like this. You confirm this when you sign up. If you are under 18, do not use the Chat.
- Give correct information, keep your password secret, and use one account per person. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.
4. Rules
When you use the Chat you must not:
- write anything illegal, or anything that sexualizes minors, promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm or hatred against people because of who they are;
- harass, threaten or abuse Jeni, us or other people, or pressure the Chat for explicit sexual content (Jeni does not provide it);
- try to trick, manipulate or “jailbreak” the AI, to reveal its instructions or to make it break these rules;
- use bots, scripts or scraping, send spam, overload the Chat, or try to break or bypass its security or limits;
- share other people’s private information, or pretend to be someone else;
- use the Chat or its replies commercially, resell or republish them in bulk, or use them to train other AI systems.
If you break the rules, Jeni may refuse, become distant, or pause the conversation for a while, and we may warn you, limit features, suspend or delete your account, with or without notice where the breach is serious. If you think we made a mistake, write to us.
5. Not advice, not an emergency service
Jeni is not a doctor, therapist, lawyer, financial adviser or any other professional, and she may be wrong or say something inappropriate. Do not rely on her for important decisions. The Chat is not for emergencies. If you are in danger or thinking about hurting yourself, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line in your country, or someone you trust.
6. Your content and ours
- You keep ownership of the messages you write. You give us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to store, process and display them, to send them to the AI providers that help write Jeni’s replies, and to review them for safety, support and improving the service. Details are in the Chat Privacy Notice.
- Jeni Bello, her name, look, personality, texts and images, and the Chat itself belong to us or our licensors. You may use her replies for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. Price
The Chat is currently free. If we ever add paid features, we will clearly tell you the price before you pay anything. The shop has its own terms.
8. Ending your use
You can stop at any time. You can delete your chat history or your whole account in the Chat (“Delete my chat history”, “Delete my account”). We may suspend or end your access as described in section 4 or if we end the Chat. Sections that by their nature should continue (for example 5, 6, 9 and 10) stay in force.
9. No guarantees, limited liability
The Chat is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for your needs, or that Jeni’s replies are accurate. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for loss of data, or for decisions you make based on the Chat, and our total liability for anything related to the Chat is limited. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example for intentional harm, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence), and nothing removes the rights that consumer protection law gives you.
10. Changes, law and disputes
We may change these terms, for example when we add features. We will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the Chat or by email. If you keep using the Chat after a change takes effect, you accept it. These terms are governed by the law, and courts, but if you are a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory laws and the right to go to the courts of the country where you live. If a part of these terms is invalid, the rest still applies.
